5.0 out of 5 stars Good but drink water!
I just finished the whole body cleanse and felt amazing so I decided to do the liver cleanse too because well... I just got out of grad school and I'll admit my liver could use some TLC. I feel better NOW, but in the first week I didn't account for all the sweating I was doing (this summer's been a scorcher) and should have had more water to drink. Within the first week...

I am angry. Usually Renew Life products are good--I've enjoyed their total body cleanse, with no problems. But when it came to this Liver Detox "Kit," well, they did NOT do their research. Within the first week of starting the program I ended up with tonsillitis and and a yeast infection. I don't get sick very often so I don't think it's just a coincidence. Maybe whatever garbage had been hanging out in my liver was out in my body, not being flushed out and causing infections... ew. But with THAT out of the way all is well and I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to do some good to the body you've been blessed with.

5.0 out of 5 stars product works very well!, September 7, 2011

this cleanse is meant to be taken after you do a full body cleanse, if you read renew life complete detox program there are steps to be taken, you dont just jump into this cleanse, the parasite cleanse or the heavy metal cleanse, also you need to take a fish oil supplement, high fiber diet, eat very healthy and take digestive enzymes and drink a ton of water aswell as rest more to get the full benefit of this product. I had no negative reaction when taking it but I took it as recommended.

1.0 out of 5 stars If You Buy This, You Might Hurt Yourself--OUCH!, March 16, 2011
I am angry. Usually Renew Life products are good--I've enjoyed their total body cleanse, with no problems. But when it came to this Liver Detox "Kit," well, they did NOT do their research. First of all, you will notice it's not really a kit. It's two containers of supplements. That's it. And between those two, there is NOTHING--not a single thing--to help get rid of the toxins that are supposedly being released. What happens is this--you take the treatment as directed. After a couple of days, you become constipated. After a week, you are miserable--and no amount of psyllium husks or cod liver oil or anything will help you. This product completely clogs up your intestinal tract--it's unreal. I blame this product for giving me a health issue, which I will not go into. In no way should a supplement company be allowed to advertise a product as "liver detox" if it clogs you up and subsequently makes your liver work much harder. I would have demanded my money back, but I'd used up half the product. Lastly, just to make sure it wasn't all in my mind, I went off the product and went back on again. You guessed it. This stuff is CONSTIPATING. Go with another product. Give this one a miss! And shame on Renew Life for not doing their testing before subjecting the public to this awful, wretched product.

1.0 out of 5 stars WARNING - CAUSES NOSE HAIR BURNING ASS BOMBS, November 12, 2010
This review is from: Renew Life Liver Detox (Health and Beauty)
I don't even know if this works, but it is definitely gives me nuclear flatulence. They are the worst smelling farts that have ever been ripped on earth. Once I fart, I'm gagging on the sulfur egg flavor, and whats worse is that the smell lingers for HOURS. Do not buy this product unless you have a thing for nasty butt bombs.

I highly recommend Liver Detox and all the Renew Life detox products.
I've taken the month long Liver Detox numerous times
and life is always better. After about the third day, I feel
mentally clearer and just well all around. Unfortunately, at
around the third day after I finish the product all my symptoms
come back, no permanent results for me. It's pricy to keep repeating
so I'm always looking for ways to get permanent results.

1.0 out of 5 stars PRODUCT DID NOTHING!, November 1, 2010

I have done cleanses in the past with phenominal results so was anxious to do the liver cleanse. I just completed the 30 days and the only thing it did was make me very constipated during the entire 30 days. I even upped my phyllium intake. I got so constipated that I got a hemmeroid...yuk. Very disappointed and am glad I am finally done.

1.0 out of 5 stars Brace yourselves, October 17, 2010

"Gentle" is not a word I would associate with this product. I have never had a bad reaction to herbs, dieting, supplements, or even any type of medication before I tried this product. I followed the instructions closely, and three days after starting this programme I could not stand the nausea, fatigue, or intestinal cramping any longer. I stopped using the product, and it took 3 additional days to recover.

I havent tried this item yet, when I received it there are instructions saying you need to take other cleansers first.
It would have been nice if that was stated before I purchased this..anyway I am using ONE of the other products "Renew Life Organic Clear Fiber" for an additional $15.00. So I dont really know how this product works yet.
