So far no stomach upset, and it does seem to help. I haven't had one craving for a cigarette, BUT I REALLY want to quit. Can't breathe too well, and I'm sick and tired of giving my money to the devil. I'm also using the patch.
I'm rating this a five because I've had not digestive problems or upset stomach and if I were going to I would have had symptoms already. I would recommend this product.
