There is no way that this product doesn't work as others have mentioned.
I followed the instructions and was cleansed quickly. There was one trick that I had to implement and that was with the fiber powder. It takes a higher solubility than cool tap water. I made the water 120 F and it disolved while stiring. Drink a lot of water and avoid orange juice or oranges because it intinsifies the cleanse... if you get what I mean. Day three you may want to occur over the weekend. Good product best of luck.

I was a little skeptical to use the Rapid Cleanse thinking that it would give me diarehea the entire week. It did not. The Rapid cleanse was gentle and easy to use. I felt so much better than I had in a while. Make sure to get plenty of sleep- it did make me really tired at times, but that is normal for some rapid cleanser versus a 30 day cleanser. I highly recommend this product for people who do not want to spend 2 weeks or 30days cleansing AND for people who deal with constipation on a regular basis.

This is an excellent product. The negative reviews say it all: those who continued to use step 3 when they experienced diarrhea didn't read the directions; those who continued to take two doses of step 2 when they didn't have more bowel movements didn't read the directions. I would assume that individuals who spend thirty bucks on a seven day cleanse would have the common sense to follow the directions. If you don't experience the results you are expecting, perhaps you should double check to see whether you actually did the cleanse in the way that its creators intended.

This cleanse worked as it said it would. I have no complaints whatsoever. I was impressed with the fact that it did cause my bowels to loosen up; many other cleanses I have done didn't seem to clean out my system effectively. This one is very effective, and very customizable. Just read the directions.

I bought this product, fearful of trying it, so I put it away for a few months. Last week, I decided to give it a try. All I can say..excellent results! I did not get ill from it, following the directions was not difficult and I even added in my one glass of wine per day which defeats the purpose, but I will say this, I cleared out my system, it was not overwhelming to my body, the directions were quite easy, and I absolutely recommend this product. If you get constipated and need great way to clear yourself out, this is a great product. I will be doing this at least 2 xs per year as instructed. I also will be trying their other products too.

I like this cleanse because it is easy to use and you don't have to stop eating what you normally eat to do it. It is a good first time cleanse or a cleanse for someone who is too busy to prepare special meals or boil lemons. Also gives you a little boost of energy.
I gave it one less star because I prefer a bulk forming fiber like physylum husk to the Acacia fiber.

This cleanse is great for anyone who needs to just clean themselves out every so often. We use these quarterly to detox.

Overview: First I must be a dummy because I did not understand the instructions which are also shown in the directions section on this site. Basically you take two Rapid Clease I pills in the morning along with a scoop of the fiber (Rapid Cleanse III) and you two Rapid Cleanse II pills in the evening along with another scoop of the fiber. Now the fiber does desolve completely as it says but it may take more than one cup of water. There is no other guess work involved. I thought when I received it with the instructions that I had to look at the number of pills and divide them according to the amount shown on the bottle and the serving size. I don't know what I was thinking there. I was just making it harder than it is I guess.

In case your wondering this product did not give me the squirts at all while I was on it but it did make my bowls move more often. I was still able to do my normal daily activities and I have sensitive bowls because of my arthritis. I frequently only go once a day and this has helped me to go at least two times a day now even after being done with the program. In searching the internet and watching infomercials you here all kinds of things about crap that may are may not be true. I thing I heard is that the turd is suppose be be as long as your forearm and as thick as your wrist if you colon is working properly. Sounds true if you are only going once a day. I have have plenty like that. Thank God for toilet plungers! I also heard that you should be going within a few hours after every meal. That would be like at least 2 to 3 times a day depending on the size of the meals?

In my opinion we don't get the required amount of fiber in our diets that we need and we don't drink enough water or water based liquids like tea, coffee, concentrated juices, koolaid, and vitaminwater. As Adults Males are suppose to get 35-40 grams of fiber per day and females 28-35. Our sodium, sugar, and white flour diets do not give us these requirements. I personally have a bowl of FiberOne cereal a day (it does not taste as much like cardboard as they say) and have switched to using ground wheat flour for baking, wheat noodles, and wheat bread made with ground wheat flour. Sure they cost more but your health is worth it! In doing this I go at least twice a day now and sometimes even 3. I also have been making sure that I get at least close to 8/8oz. glasses of water. In general I have been feeling better since correcting my diet. Though I still can't walk away from those damn milk shakes!

In closing I do think that this program is beneficial in getting things moving the right direction. I didn't get craps or a lot of gas either. I don't know what is coming out of people on the poop websites that shows you gross stuff but nothing like that came out either. There is no way that I would pay the hundreds of dollars that those people payed to be on those programs. If things are that bad ask a colon doctor what normal bowl habits should be like. They will give you the facts for sure. I believe that I was told that it just depends on the person. For most people it takes up to 24 hours to pass a bowl but some do go 2-3 times per day. As long as it is not taking more than three days then everything is fine is my understanding.

I tried this product a couple of weeks ago after extensive research on the subject. Apparently, the human body is supposed to have one bowel movement per meal. I had only been going once per day, but now after using this product, I'm up to twice per day. Prior to this cleanse, I did have the feeling of being bloated, so now I know that my digestive system was clogged because that feeling is gone now. My energy has increased somewhat, but I didn't get any sort of "dramatic" effect, not that I really expected to. I have to say that I was a little skeptical at first, and didn't want to spend too much money.

Since trying this product, I can't say that I've lost weight, but I did fit into a pair of jeans that I wasn't able to previously, so I must have lost something off my waist. It also doesn't create an urgency in the morning to go to the bathroom, so if you're afraid of not making it to the bathroom for work reasons or whatever, don't worry about that. You do need to drink a substantial amount of water.

There was one day that I know it worked because I had 2 very large movements, and immediately felt more energized and clear-headed for the rest of the day. But that was about 2-3 days into the 7-day cleanse, and I didn't have that particular feeling again. But I'm still up to two movements per day even a week later, so I know it did something.

I'd say that if you really don't want to spend a lot of money, but you do know that you do need to do something to clean yourself out, this is a good product to start with. It does work, although if you are willing/able to spend more, there are better products out there.

This Rapid Cleanse system works and really does a body good. It's a natural cleansing program for your digestive system. This is a detoxification and purification process which helps your body maintain itself and will bring you up to speed. This seven day process will leave you feeling renewed and younger than your years.

I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism two years ago. Of course as like many patients you can go years without knowing that you are sick. One of the worse symptoms of the condition is that your digestive system is very slow. Before knowing of my condition I would go days with bad cramps before a bowel movement.

Even after I was diagnosed and placed on medication all my other symptoms were going back to normal but my digestive track was not there yet. (It probably had been backed up for quite some time). I tried the cleanse more product from renew life and my stomach was back on track at last!!

A few days ago I tried this 7 day rapid cleanse because I was pleased with the results of the other Renew life product.

As other users mentioned you might want day three to happen at home just in case you are more sensitive. But other than that this product was simple to use. After this one I saw my swollen face going back to normal. Some co-workers noticed that. And I did feel more energized.
