I'll be honest--I like free things. And erotica is very high on the list of "Good Things To Be Free". So I've read a bunch of it, and quite frankly, most of it sucks. In fact, the majority of it sucks.

This didn't. Did I have trouble buying into Zachary falling in love so hard after some really good sex when he's assumingly had mountains and mountains of sex with other clients? Yep. Did i think it was a tad strange her BFF and sexual confidante was her daughter? Yep. Did it bother me that someone in the same age range as I am could not stop referring to herself as old? Um...big yep.

However, I liked the characters, the writing was worlds better than most of these low-priced or free stories, and there was a lot to enjoy. So it wasn't perfect? It was free! It was hot! It was a good read!

I found this book boring and vaguely depressing. As an aside, the idea of a 40 woman discussing her sex life explicitly with her 19 yo daughter just didn't do it for me! But also the main lovers didn't work either. The notion that Zach, 10 years younger and physically perfect, just fell into total monogamous love with Jade after one date, felt too Mary Sue for me, and not in a good way. I didn't like Jade, the most interesting thing about her was her name. Otherwise she was whiny and insecure and bland. Zach was more interesting but there was no rational (or irrational) reason for him to fall so passionately in love with Jade so quickly. That he never even thought about the age difference or the fact that she couldn't have more children didn't make him seem committed, it made him seem like he was too young and not really looking at her truthfully. (and that his job as an escort where he had made love to other clients, seemed squeamish to me too. He wasn't looking at a lot of things in his life truthfully)

So not well written, not well characterized and not very hot... Not a keeper either.

Highland Hospital is having their annual shindig and Jade Talmage, a 39 year old divorcee is helping put this event together. Jade is a foxy lady according to her daughter. However Jade is weary of the evening because she usually has her brother escort her, but he left town and now her daughter has made plans for her mom. With a dress that makes her sexy beyond belief, Jade is nervous about the blind date escort her daughter Brianna has arranged. Brianna requests a certain escort through Rent-a Stud. His name is Zachary, who has a fabulous reputation as a man who knows how to make any woman happy in and out of bed.

Zachary is a charming, extremely handsome man who takes extra care to see to every woman's fantasy. He is only 30 years old and is part owner of Cooper's Companions. When he sees Jade for the first time, he is shell-shocked because the daughter's comment about her being a fox was highly understated. Zachary is anxious to discover everything he can about Jade.

The party is a whirlwind for Jade, as it seems everyone is aware of her
transformation from the sedate woman they work with into this amazing, gorgeous woman on the arm of
a much younger man. When Zach takes her home, Jade at first sends him on his way, but then decides to take a chance on what she has been missing since her husband left her for a younger woman. The sexual tension builds between them and explodes in passion. Can the couple get past Jade's deeply ingrained insecurities and find true love?

Rent-A-Stud is a steamy romp from one page to another. The scenes are so highly super-charged and steamy that my glasses needed to be wiped off over and over again. Lynn LaFleur brings a very wonderful story to life. The characters are so delicious, and I truly relate to Jade's dilemma because I married a man who was more than 10 years younger than me, and what he gave me in our marriage was priceless. I can not say enough
about how this story touches me to my soul. I think everyone who wants romance and happiness in their life would find this story a must read. THANK YOU, Ms. LaFleur!

I got this book for free and it did its job. It had me buying the other two. This is how much I liked this book. The author is awesome! I can't wait to read more of her books. Now I have another author to look out for.

I'm a 4o yr old woman with a 19 yr old daughter and we share everything. Only thing is I'm not DD and I do end up with missing bras. Us talking about everything, isn't as farfetched as some people think. It is nice having my daughter as a friend instead of an enemy.

Soul mates...fact or fiction? Since I haven't met mine I cannot say for sure but I like to think someone can fall in love in such a short amount of time. Since this is fiction and the sex was out of this world it could have had me believing I was in love with Zach.

I recommend this book especially if it's a free read. I'm off to read the second book in the series: Michelle's Men.

I absolutely loved this book. To have a beautiful romance between someone like Zach and a 40 year old woman like Jade was gorgeous. Apart from the fact that this book was sizzling. Cannot wait to read more of Lynn's books. Highly recommended for anyone over 18 who loves books like this.

This was free for Kindle. The formatting was excellent. However I had the same problem with the plot as did other reviewers. It seemed implaausible that Zach would fall in love so quickly. Perhaps with a longer novel and more chacter development. But not as written. Not a perfect book but it was free.

I agree with the comments that praise this book. It was fantastic. Couldn't put it down. Ten years Zach was an escort and then he falls 'head over heels' for an older woman. It is hot.

This book was okay for a free read, but I'm certain I would have been disappointed if I had paid for it. For some reason, the premise of this book really seemed like a stretch to me. Super hot and successful woman who requires a paid escort to take her to a work function? Ummm, just no. I also hated that we were supposed to buy into Jade's thoughts that she was too old, she was 39 not 79. Also, like another reviewer, it was a little gross to see her daughter's very avid interest in her sex life and in her escort's attributes.

Very good, can't wait to read the second and waitng for the third to come out.
