  • Pre-bid scheduling

Part II — Estimating by CSI Division

A chapter on each division, pointing out what to look for and unexpected cost items.

Part III — Estimating Examples

Two complete sample estimates — one Unit Price, and one Assemblies estimate — show you how to assemble and record the information you have gathered.
