QFD scares the daylights out of some people.� However, if you are in an equipment or specification material business, QFD may be exceedingly relevant to your core mission. � Of all the QFD material I read, this book did the best job of explaining things and providing examples that made sense.� I felt empowered to begin the process after reading this book.
