Clearly written, specific and practical,

QFD scares the daylights out of some people. However, if you are in an equipment or specification material business, QFD may be exceedingly relevant to your core mission. Of all the QFD material I read, this book did the best job of explaining things and providing examples that made sense. I felt empowered to begin the process after reading this book.
