Batteries work as they should
I paid 6.99 at a local pet store, plus tax which isn't bad. $4.99 is a good price but these shipping rates are way out of line. This item is small enough to be put in an envelope with a stamp or two at the most and can then be dropped into a mail box

Useless batteries
The new batteries lasted less than 30 minutes. I put in another set of 3 and they died within 30 minutes again. Are they supposed to be changed every 1/2 hour?

I walk my dogs in the early morning when it is dark and purchased "Pet Blinkers" so that vehicles will be able to see us. They work great and these replacement batteries work great!

You going to need a lot of battery to continue using the blink. However, batteries are good.
