Good for the price
My old battery lasted 20 minutes. This lasts 2 1/2 hours so a much needed improvement. It is advertaized as lasting 3 hours, hence only 4 stars.

just cheap junk
This battery lasted maybe a couple weeks, then it was a pretty rapid decline in performance, to the point of 10-20 minutes of laptop use before I needed to plug in to a wall outlet.

Mounts correctly in my T30, and works like a battery should. Fedora recognizes it as a battery device and monitors it's charge level.Two years later, and it's not taking a full charge anymore, but all such batteries degrade over time. I'm not sure how this compares to an actual IBM/Lenovo battery in terms of longevity. But I've got no complaints. (Of course, I've also added an Ultrabay battery similar to IBM UltraBay 2000 Li-Ion Laptop Battery For ThinkPad A And T Series 02K6644.) |
