I was pleased I could find a replacement motor for the power vent in my home. It would have been expensive to replace the entire unit. Amazon made locating one easy. I received it within two days and installed it immediately. It is operating perfectly. I was pleased with the quick delivery.

5.0 out of 5 stars Exact replacement, October 15, 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Replacement Fan Blade for Lomanco Power Vent Motor # 14393
Appreciated the fast delivery of this fan. This blade was the exact replacement needed to get the cooling system operational. The original fan had cracks between each blade that wore out the motor bearings, since it ran out of balance. Locally the motor was available but the blade was not. Thanks again for the guick service.

5.0 out of 5 stars Tighten the set screw with an allen socket., July 31, 2011

This review is from: Replacement Fan Blade for Lomanco Power Vent Motor # 14393
Initially, I used an allen key to tighten the set screw. Then I heard the blade start to rub on the attic fan housing. Luckily I was in the attic and immediatedly turned off the fan. I uninstalled the motor and blade assembly. Even though I had tighted the set screw as hard as possible with an allen key, the blade came loose. Make sure to use a socket wrench with an allen socket to tight the set screw for this fan blade. Since I retighted the set screw, my fan has been running fine for weeks. In addition, make sure you install this fan blade so the air moves in the correct direction.
