For the price, it's a good deal.

I had made a mistake, completely my fault for not having clearly read the name. I was looking for a charger for a Coolpix s203, and this one is listed for a Coolpix s230, kind of hard to see the difference if you were skimming through like me. No it's not a typo, Nikon actually does have both models.

Regardless, I got them confused and didn't realize it until after I payed and the item had shipped. After a bit of research I found that the two models were very similar with a few differences, and from their manuals they appeared to use the same battery.

I finally got it and yes, they do use the same battery.

Considering the price, the screen protector (which went on fine, but had to cut to size), car adapter and case were all nice bonuses.

It is a good price for what you receive. It is a car charger with and outlet charger. It a lot of bang for your buck.

the extra stuff in the package kind of helps to offset the small amount of charge the battery holds. But not really. I only get 1/4 of the usage out of the battery than I get out of the original one.

The camera does not have all the extra equipment needed to complete the gear for every need. Putting together the little extras really do well and not putting in items not needed is great. It was the right price for the right camera.
