Very happy with the purchase I made (replacement digital camera battery). I received it within the time frame I was offered.

battery does not go with sony like stated
I purchased this battery back-up for my Sony DSC-P200 camera, it was stated that it was a Sony NP-FR1 Replacement Digital Camera Battery for Sony Cyber-shot DSC-F88, DSC-P100, DSC-P100/LJ, DSC-P100/R, DSC-P150, DSC-P200, DSC-P200/R, DSC-V3. The picture even states that it is a Lithum Ion battery. But they sent me a li-ion battery that is not compatible with my camera,...

I purchased this battery back-up for my Sony DSC-P200 camera, it was stated that it was a Sony NP-FR1 Replacement Digital Camera Battery for Sony Cyber-shot DSC-F88, DSC-P100, DSC-P100/LJ, DSC-P100/R, DSC-P150, DSC-P200, DSC-P200/R, DSC-V3. The picture even states that it is a Lithum Ion battery. But they sent me a li-ion battery that is not compatible with my camera, now i see why it was so cheap. Do not buy this item as a replacement, it will not work...

Unfortunately the battery lasted for only one charge cycle. But the cost was so low it's no worth returning it. I may buy another and hope it is better, or I may choose a different brand of the same battery, pay a little more, hope it lasts longer.

I can't comment on the long term battery life as I've only had it a month or so. But it seems to be working as well as the original does... in the short-term, the battery charge does not last quite as long as the original Sony battery... but this doesn't compromise my photography as I've purchased it as a 2nd/backup. I'm happy!

I received the battery's in the mail here while I am overseas. I was so surprised, I stuck one of the batteries in my camera and behold it worked. The only thing it needed was a charge. Thanks seller, I really needed these and especially three of them... wow, can't beat that with a baseball bat. The batteries are a good investment for right now. I just hope for good life in these batteries for years to come eventhough my camera is beat up because of military deployments. I still love my cyber shot DSC P 200... cheese... ka---ching. I only can speak for my DSC P200. I don't know how long the battery life is going to be, I just got them this week. I will follow up on the life. But as of now excellent product you earned my five for now...
