Ordered a replacement Gazebo top from expectsavings, through Amazon. It was very cheaply made and did not fit my frame, at all. It was kind of a pain to return; as in it took forever to get the deal done. My account was credited, which is a good thing. I would not recommend this replacement gazebo top to anyone.

The cover fit just fine. Needs more velcrow fastners to keep it from
flapping in the breeze.

I am very disappointed with the product. I contacted both amazon and the supplier about the defective canopy top and nothing has been done about the top

Ordered this canopy as a replacement for a storm damaged one. Right out of the box I could tell it was a much lighter weight fabric than my original. This initial impression continued as I placed it on the frame. There is no reinforcement where the velcro straps attach to the fabric so that when you fasten the velcro, it's pulling to the point that you can see holes beginning in the fabric and this is at initial installation! it hasn't even had to hold up to wind or rain yet. Today the rain arrived, and given my initial impression, I wanted to see how this light weight fabric perform. Dry, I was not. While it shed standing water adequately (barely), when rain was actually falling, it transformed individual drops into a light mist under the cover. Semi-permeable would be a good description. Almost forgot about the mosquito netting between the top 3'x3' canopy and the main canopy. Maybe someone else can tell me the purpose of having a mosquito net that doesn't seal along it's entire edge, because I can't figure it out. The gaps left by the 8 single-point attachements along the lower edge of the net wouldn't stop a robin, much less a mosquito. I could go on...

I purchased this in hopes that it would fit my current 10 x 10 structure and it did not. I will be returning this product.

The canopy fit my gazebo fine but the quality of the material was a little less than expected. It's thinner than I thought it would be and the straps for securing it aren't very durable.

I've recently purchased a 2nd gazebo top, which I've also had to return... still awaiting a refund... It seems every few years manufacturers change the measurements just enough so, unless you've purchased several tops for your gazebo at time of original purchase, you are 'out of luck' or must have one 'made' (great expense... I've found the least expensive custom to fit one for $780...)....
So, that's my review, in kind.

Disappointed with this canopy replacement. The main piece is too tight and the top piece is much too loose.Made it work, but worried how long it will last now.

the top says it's for a 10x10 gazebo NOT way to small & the very top piece is way to big. Very cheaply made would NOT recomend.

The product was made very cheaply, the first sign of wind and it tore in several places. The top portion is a totally separate piece and is probably a few miles away from the house after it got a bit windy. It also did not fit very well for a 10x10 cover. It fit around corners, but the Velcros were off and could not secure all of them. Overall, wasn't worth the postage paid...The only good thing I can say is I got the product quickly.
