I needed something large enough to ice my back or shoulder. It started out great and I was careful when returning or removing from freezer. After just a few uses, I noticed water literally running off the mat. Several square sections over the past uses have just lost their liquid. No obvious damage or tear, it has just leaked out. The smaller one for elbow or ankle is doing the same thing. I am going to complain to company.

I bought this product to use for my cats sleeping mats outside but with our hot Arizona temperatures they melted too fast! I haven't tried them for anything else since, I guess putting them into lunch bags or cooler chests would work best keeping the melted water within the plastic. I like the idea of cutting them into the size you need.
