Toshiba chargers are notorious for not wanting to charge such a large battery. You might have to unplug/replug it five or six times to get it to charge. But once charged, this battery will last twice as long as the regular battery. Add it to your travel kit, and you're working for 8 hours or so. I used it on a long bus trip (3,800 miles in two weeks) where we had no 12v available for lowly passengers, and it never ran out.

Does not work and no return authorization from company,

Ordered the battery for my Toshiba Saltellite and the battery came in quick time. I put it in and it did not work. I sent message back and they sent one message back to try this. I tried and it will not accept a charge from the computer even though the battery I am replacing charages with no problem. Asked for return authorization and I do not get a response. Think it is time for Amazon to jump in and get this group straighten out. The company is almost non responsive even though I have asked twice for return authroization.
