A very nice 12 inch globe
I was looking for an earth toned globe with a cherry base to accent my furniture and ran across this one. it is a very nice globe with mountain relief and a very attractive appearance. It comes with a complete guide on how to get the most out of the globe. Why not a 5? Only because a couple of the section's longitude lines don't run together perfectly on my version...

Save your money
The globe looks fine from far away, but not everything is perfectly aligned. The quality just isn't there for the amount I paid. Save your money and invest in a higher quality globe maker.

I was looking for an earth toned globe with a cherry base to accent my furniture and ran across this one. it is a very nice globe with mountain relief and a very attractive appearance. It comes with a complete guide on how to get the most out of the globe. Why not a 5? Only because a couple of the section's longitude lines don't run together perfectly on my version. I'm sure some will be perfect and other's worse than mine. Overall it isn't a big deal but to get a perfect score, the product's workmanship has to be perfect.
I do wonder why Amazon makes you rate this as a toy? A globe is not a toy in my world!

I enjoy having this in my living room. It looks classy and wasn't too expensive. I hate to be so brief, but what else can you say about a globe? LOL
