I knew nothing about this program but happened upon the title as I was searching for a similar product on accessing the sub-conscious. I checked the reviews and there were none. The description from the seller looked good and Googling the author showed promise, so I gambled my gift card.
This is a wonderful series by a thoughtful and honest hypnotherapist with a penchant for teaching. If anyone is considering hypnothereapy but doubted they were a good subject or that the process were even effective for the average person, this program is a good investment. The audiobook is well organized with easy to understand lessons and practises. The author is well spoken with a soothing vocal delivery, which is especiailly important in the self hypnosis sessions included. The material is simple and profound and I felt as though I absorbed a lifetime of this authors work and study in the course of 7-8 hours. I have engaged in hundreds of transformational books, CDs and tapes over that last decade and,for me,this one is among the top 10. I also was skeptical when I came across Glassner's tapes while reviewing personal solutions. I have read the previous reviews and can only comment that I agree with all that has been said so far. The author has opened up a method for a channel of communication within yourself to reprogram how you make decisions. Follow her easy steps to "self hypnotherapy" to discover why you may have been making wrong decisions based upon destructive past events. My personal analogy is that it started like pulling a single thread from a ball of yarn of memories until I flushed out the negativity of the past.

What has not been commented on to this date, is that the author is accessible. Whether you use her as a facilitator in your reprogramming, or not, she will talk to you personally. Glassner is totally dedicated to this rather unconventional psychotherapeutic alternative. But this reviewer for one, can tell you as initially a total skeptic, it WORKS!

Gale is a fantastic speaker and writer. If you ever had an interest in hypnosis or just wanted to feel better about yourself or life in general, I highly recommend her 9 CD set, "Reprogram your Subconscious" --- "How to Use hypnosis to Get What You Really Want." If you follow her advise and listen to the CD's on a regular basis for at least 30 days while drifting off to sleep and then listen to a few times a week while you are awake, you will certainly see excellent results. Gale is certainly a fantastic person to talk to in person and is definitely someone who is sincere in helping people with any issues. Of all the hypnosis CD's I have purchased in the past, Ms Twersky's is definately the best of the best!
