Baumbach's Masterpiece,
By Quint Callahan (in the heart of the heart of the country) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Reruns (Paperback)
If you haven't read anything by this unsung master of the experimental novel this is the place to start. A very strange, impossibly fun book. Reads like a combination of Woody Allen at his funniest, Donald Barthelme at his most ribald, Bob Dylan at his most surreal and Sam Beckett at his most playful. If you dig the underground, read this.
