Billy Blazes and Aaron Sky are patrolling the open water, looking for someone who needs rescuing so they could get a chance to employ their massive arsenal of vehicles and equipment. The Aquatic Rescue Command Center resembles an aircraft carrier and comes equipped with an airplane and a raft, which is lowered into the water through a working winch. A hand-cranked elevator brings personnel from the lower deck of the ship to the upper, although we found that process to be a little tedious. Rounding out the ensemble are a pair of spring loaded missiles (built look like blobs of water) that fire from a cannon, an orca whale equipped with an orange vest, and a DVD called "Cruise Into Danger".--Charlie Williams

The Micro ARCC is the headquarters for the Rescue Heroes to meet and receive their next mission. The ARCC is inspired form the TV show and videos and includes the following: 2 figures, whale, zodiac rescue boat, jet, landing pad, removable winch and satellite dish, launcher and a try-me elevator. Since Christmas, our 4 year old son has been playing with this toy almost daily...It has just enough details where there's still plenty of room for him to use his imagination. Definitely well worth the price!

My son is almost 3 and received this for Christmas. He likes to pretend that he is rescuing people out of the water and the smaller figures are good for his hands. The ship doesn't do a whole lot (he enjoys putting guys in the elevator), but is good for pretend play. There was also a DVD that came with the ship.
