Rescue Hero Bi-Pod Jet with Bonus Figure

My 5 year old son has had this toy for 3 months and he still enjoys playing with it. He has almost all of the Rescue Hero vehicles and this is one of the few he uses on a regular basis. His favorite feature is an orange button on top that causes the "feet" to pop out. There are also 2 pinchers that unfold from the bottom that come in really handy for rescuing people or animals. One rescue hero can sit inside and each pincher can hold another.

This toy also really allows my son to use his imagination. He'll sit for over an hour with it and his other Rescue Hero toys rescuing his toy animals and toy cars from earthquakes, volcano eruptions and more.

This toy is super durable. It has been stepped on, dropped and thrown down the stairs and it still looks as good as new. Any young rescue hero fan would enjoy this toy.:-)

Definitely wasn't on our list when it sold for $20, but for $10 and including a free rescue hero and free shipping, what's not to like? Not all rescue heroes will clip into this plane (my son's robot rescue hero doesn't click in, but it can sit, unclipped, in the seat), so getting the bonus figure ensures that you'll have a hero who firmly locks into the cockpit. A bonus feature is that no batteries are required, it makes no noises, and just runs on imagination.

We purchased this toy for our five year old grandsons, not knowing they had just gotten it for their birthday and love it. SO, we sent it to our 3 year old grandson and he absolutely loves it. The twins already have many Rescue Heroes and they are their favorite toys.

I purchased this for my son's 5 birthday anniversary in August 2005, and it has become a regular addition on his rescue missions. The jet is lightweight and not overly bulky so he can easily handle it. Any of the Rescue Heroes fit in the cockpit. The durability of the pop-down landing gear has really surprised me. I thought this would fail rapidly, but it is still hanging in there. Let's face it, you can have all the Rescue Hero figures made, but without some vehicles, they just aren't going to get anywhere. Highly recommended for the price.

My son is a big fan of the Rescue Heroes. He has several and plays with them regularly although no particular Rescue Hero consumed his play time until now. We bought the Bi-Pod Jet for my son for his 3rd birthday. It has not left his side since he unwrapped it. We also bought a Buzz Lightyear spaceship toy for his birthday but it is cheap and poor fitting by comparison. The Bi-Pod Jet's moving parts are fit together well and seem very durable. It is just the right size for his 3 year old hands to hold and "fly" around the house. He is enthralled by the legs that pop out at the push of a button as well as the grabber "hands". Overall, I believe that this toy is a must have for any young Rescue Hero fans. And it's an excellent bargain at only $9.98. Two big thumbs up!

My boys are huge fans of Rescue heroes and this is a great one. They have dozens of Rescue heroes & their equipment(Command centers, trucks, jets, etc...) and they haven't broken any of them. This was an especially good deal too, for $9.99 with free shipping:)

My son has almost every Rescue Hero (like 40 total now) and almost every vehicle made. This continues to be a favorite of his. It is nice that it isn't as heavy as the other jets in the Rescue Hero line, such as the blue Voice Tech or the black Mission Select jet. He loves the fact the legs can be down or up and the orange "grabbers" to help save people. It is alot of fun and one toy that he keeps playing with. Some of the other Rescue Hero vehicles were played with at first and now sit in his room, but this one always is used. It also doesn't have any small pieces that can be lost. The helicopter has small water cannons that are always being misplaced in his room. This is a great buy for all little Rescue Hero fans. The money is well spent. We hope Fisher Price keeps making new Rescue Hero vehicles since it seems many are no longer available except on Ebay. This is one I wouldn't recommend discontinuing Fisher Price! Kids love it.
