I love the version by desperation band but i love newsongs version even more. This version of rescue sounds like a cry out to God. It's touching, it's inspiring and words can't really describe how great this version is. Psalm 40 was my favorite song on this album but rescue is now. Listening to the cd while driving just makes me sing along. definately a good buy.
