Address MYSQL,
By Sara Dant (Univ of Wash) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Rescued by SQL (Paperback)
Thank you for addressing MYSQL! Each chapter presents an SQL topic and then shows you how to use the topic in Microsoft SQL server and then MYSQL. The information on stored procedures was great. If you are just learning SQL, I highly recommend this book.

GREAT CONTENT -- EASY TO USE,
By A Customer
This review is from: Rescued by SQL (Paperback)
I stumbled across this book by chance. I gambled and bought it. It is very, very easy to use. Got me up and running with both MS SQL and MySQL (which I downloaded for free). Book covers both -- lots of hands on examples -- each lesson (doesn't use chapters) takes about 10 minutes -- very focused, easy to follow.Looking for something similar now on Active Server.

Good book for working SQL peeps,

Great book. I gotta say, he breaks things down so that they make sense, and covers the stuff you'll actually need to be concerned with in day-to-day SQL situations.
