A must read, in order to have an understanding of how we got here and how we can re-establish our great country.

This is a very important read in that Dr. Michael Coffman provides us with a well laid out and informative explanation of how we got into the constitutional mess we are in today as a country, AND what we can do about it! We're talking about the concerted attacks upon "We the People" in favor of big government. We know about the attacks but most do not know what all is behind the attacks AND more importantly, most do not know that there is a powerful, legal counterattack available NOW!
I have read RABA and also viewed the DVD of this book. They are both chocked full of excellent examples of why "we the people" are being attacked. Check out the Table of Contents and you will see how the author deftly progresses through the whats, hows, and whys. But most importantly, most importantly, he takes the last 2 to 3 chapters to explain what we can do to fight back...how we can legally protect our communities against the abuses of big government.
Briefly this protection is called "The Coordination Process". It originates from our founding documents and is steeped in federal law and in many state laws. This process involves local elected officials of a village/town/city/county having a resolution/plan that expresses the desires of what the community wants and includes coordination language.
If the state has coordination language in their statutes municipalities can include related language in their resolution/plan which by law then requires higher levels of government/agencies (e.g. EPA, US Forest Service, DNR) to coordinate with municipalities and to make every reasonable effort to bring their regulations/requirements in-line with that municipality's resolution/plan. This includes such things as comprehensive planning/"Smart Growth", carbon credits, and other bad laws and regulations of bigger government. Communities in Wisconsin are starting to use it as well as communities in other states.
Dr. Coffman is to be applauded for pointing the way to this powerful tool called coordination. Pass the word about this book. Citizens need to tell their elected officials about it because community representatives are the ones who need to understand and apply the coordination process. The bad guys will try to confuse and to intimidate them into not using coordination because they are scared of it as it threatens to derail their power grab. That is why citizens and elected officials need to read and to understand what is in this book. It will enable and encourage them to boldly take what is a strong legal stand for their communities!
Look, I believe the author would stress that this book is not the answer to all of our country's fundamental problems. Not only are our constitutionally protected rights being attacked but our spiritual, moral fiber has dramatically disintegrated as well. Aside from embracing the Holy Scriptures to help us understand and resolve this fundamental issue I also highly recommend your viewing the DVD "Agenda: Grinding America Down". It gives a compelling presentation of how Communists have planned and implemented in the U.S. the redefining of our values and our family structure in opposition to what the Bible says. So when it comes to fully understanding why our country is broken and how to fix it RABA and Agenda together provide a rather complete package with accompanying solutions.
But for now how can we best rescue our communities from the increasing abusive regulations of big government? By reading "Rescuing a Broken America and [by understanding] How to Heal it Constitutionally [with Coordination]"!

This presentation made me look at the importance of our property rights like never before. Dr. Coffman presents the history of property rights and then covers how UN Agenda 21 in America is destroying our right to own property and why. Very slowly and very subtly our freedom and our Constitution is being sold to the UN. Ron Paul is the only candidate running in 2012 that will stop what is happening. He vows to get us out of the UN, defund EPA, HUD, DOT, DOE and Dept of Ed.....all unconstitutional and all designed to destroy our freedom. Our children are being indoctrinated in the school system to be citizens of the world with no alliance to America. He has been right over the past 20 years when it comes to the economy. Could he be right about our foreign policies? YOU BET HE IS. We can't afford to wait another 20 years and then turn around (again) and say we should have listened to Dr. Paul. People......The rest (except for Bachmann) are Globalist. They are no better than Obama. When they get in office and do nothing to stop Obamacare it will be too late to stop the destruction. Ron Paul never lies to get elected. He is who he is and when you vote for him there is no question as to what he will do when he gets in the office. But I am sure Americans will fall into to the same coma they have been in for 50 years. Agenda 21 is going to take this country down not the middle east folks and we need to stop it!!
