What any survivor of abuse needs,

Excellent - gives concrete and well thought out exercises to help survivors of abuse. Is easy to read and completely empathic from an author who herself was abused. Also gives helpful information that puts issues like guilt and shame into perspective, also putting responsibility with the abuser. All areas covered which enable the beginnings of recovery and letting go.
