4.0 out of 5 stars Good introduction to large research theses and papers, November 8, 2009

This review is from: A Research Primer for Technical Communication: Methods, Exemplars, and Analyses (Paperback)
I bought this book for a thesis writing class as a Technical Communications major. It is a fairly good resource for how to assemble and write a thorough research paper/thesis. However, coming from a very scientific background, much of the information was redundant and basic, such as how to evaluate statistical significance. Overall, though, it was well spent money (and was required reading for the class) and will remain on my shelf as a resource book for future papers.
