She also acquired two of each chef's favorite recipes, for a total of 52 dishes you can use to recreate a Las Vegas fine-dining experience. In addition, the full-page food photography is spectacular. It's a great gift for anyone who enjoys eating at the top-shelf Las Vegas restaurants.

Sarah Lee Marks has eaten her way around the world. A former radio talk show host, she shares her passion for cars and cuisine through speaking engagements and a weekly newspaper column. Marks also participates in many community initiatives, including the local chapter of Women Chefs and Restaurateurs and the International Wine and Food Society. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of this book will be donated to area food banks and scholarships for culinary education. She resides in Henderson, Nevada with her husband Norman and their daughter Rebecca

Excellent book! Not only are the recipes well explained and directions easy to follow but the author gives a little information on each restaurant and chef as well. I made the grilled sea bass and after everyone ate the meal I felt like a celebrity chef myself.
