The Resident Evil 4 Preview Disc is just what it says it is: A preview of (what was then) a new game. The disc contains a video history of the series, but is by no means enough to bring you up to speed -- You really should play the other games in the series if you want the whole story.The main reason to own this disc is for the demo of Resident Evil 4 itself, which is actually more like a beta. There are some very drastic differences between the demo on this disc and the final version, and it's a blast to see how much the final version changed. It's also nice to have something so rare -- This disc was only available for pre-ordering the GameCube version of the game, or in kiosks in select GameStop locations. |
