Gift for my son. Too many diversified specialty publications instead of a reasonably priced compendium. However, that is contemporary Business management theory . . . squeeze every penny possible from your market, However, it engenders zero customer loyalty, since they tire vof being 'squeezed'

RS Means provides an alternative to the appraisal industry to the market which is cornerd by Marshall & Swift. Marshall & Swift is a faster reference book, but RS Means provides similar information at a fraction of the cost.
