This review is from: Means Residential Repair & Remodeling Costs (Means Residental Detailed Costs) (Paperback)
In planning several bathroom remodels, we used this guide to estimate the cost for everything (plumbing, flooring, electrical, framing, drywall, etc). We were able to use this analysis guide to achieve a very attractive price. With this as a guideline, you can know if your contractor is trying to rip you off. Be sure to have your contractor give you an itemized bid for each piece of your remodel.
