Like most pop punk (or any style of punk for that matter) that comes out of the Twin Cities of Minnesota, you can expect more of an edge, sort of like hometown heros Dillinger Four. This is not a Dillinger Four cut and paste though. There just must be something with our winters or in summer's mosquito onslaught that tends to make the music a little rougher around the edges than most in the same genre. Similar TC local bands include but are not limited to: Off With Their Heads, The Manix, and Amen and The Hell Yeahs.

Great winter music,

I really love this remastered version of Resignation Day. I originally had the original version on vinyl and hated it. I thought it sounded muddy and boring. This version is much clearer and overall much easier to enjoy. Don't get me wrong, I love lo-fi punk but this album is meant to be heard clear and loud! Also as the title suggest, it sounds great on rainy days, it just fits the mood perfectly. Also, if you are new to banner pilot I would stat with this album first, Calapser is alright but no where near as good as this album.
