Thought I was downloading the full book! I wish I had saved the money and read previous reviews to know, it was just a teaser!

unecessary purchase,

Purchasing this "New Afterward" is totally unnecssary as it is already in the book "Resiliemce". Unsure why it is sold separately.

Having read this just after the untimely death of Mrs Edwards, her resilience, her warmth, her forgiving spirit left me with a great sense of loss! If you are looking for the dirty details of her betrayal by her husband, look elsewhere. But if you want to understand a Southern woman who grew beyond tea and cakes, read this riveting tale of growth, charm, love and understanding.

Although the Amazon listing states that the book is 256 pages long, it is in reality no more than a few pages long. Probably not worth buying

Elizabeth Edwards has written such a powerful, honest book without going into the details of her husband's affair and all of that.
This book is NOT about him. It is about her life and pretty much how she will die. It is sad, brave, and a loving tribute to those she was leaving behind.

Too much about her cancer and her treatment. That was the majority of the book. I have had breast cancer and enough is enough. Her feelings for her husband made me sick seeing that he was chasing around when she was going thru her cancer. Couldn 't wait till it was over.
