After much thought and reading other reviews, I decided to take the plunge and buy the value pack Resistance Anchor Cables 4,6,7,8,9. I bought the Reistance Chair(used) at another online outlet and with the extra anchor cables they included with the chair and the Value Pack I purchased, I have a complete set of all levels.
I am a senior with two bad knees who really enjoys strength training with the chair and having the complete set of extra cables makes it so that I don't have to switch between upper and lower anchor cables. Both the chair and anchor cables are high quality products, good value, and they do what the manual and CD promises. |
