I am greatly benefiting from this very clear, very easy to follow exercise video and the included resistance bands - HOWEVER, contrary to the package description, many of the exercises can't be done sitting! About half the routine must be done standing up, though nearly all the standing exercises involve holding a chair back for balance and extra support. So if you can't stand this is not a very useful routine.

The exercises are very clearly demonstrated and very clearly described. The exercise model is hardly a senior and she has an annoying fixed smile that never changes, but those are minor quibbles. She shows very clearly how to do each part of the routine, and for the parts that can be done sitting, nearly all include a little inset box showing the same routine standing.

I recommend this for seniors and non-seniors who need a fairly easy routine to build some strength and flexibility - as long as you can stand!

This Bands exercise DVD has assisted me a lot. I have benefited and gained more strength and flexibility. The exercises are explained and demonstrated by Sunshine in a simple nice way, making it easy to follow.

Each exercise starts first with a demonstration and explanation and then the exercise is done 10 times.

There is a small frame for the first part of the exercise routine that also shows a small picture of the same exercise that can be done standing. I started doing theses exercises sitting and in just a few weeks I have gained strength and now I do them standing.

The 2nd part has the lower back, hips & leg exercises and are done standing while holding the back of a chair.

The exercises cover the whole body starting with upper body exercises, moving to the stomach and lower back and finishing with hips and leg exercises. The DVD is nicely done on a beach with nice music which I enjoy.

At the end of the exercises after the cool down and stretching, There is also a nice relaxation with breathing exercises that leave me feeling good when I finish the exercises.

I also have the Fun Lightweight Exercise DVD which I like a lot.

I highly recommend this to all who want to gain strength and more flexibility doing this easy exercise routine with bands.

I got this DVD with the Resistance Bands + The Light Weight Balls, because I can't close my hands due to Arthritis, This is a very good exercise DVD that assisted me in getting stronger and reliving Arthritis pain that I have in my shoulder and hips.

The Exercises are very well done simple and easy to do, Sunshine demonstrates the exercises very well.

The Exercise routine covers all the body parts with Easy simple yet effective exercises.

I started doing the first part of the upper body exercises with the light weight Arthritis balls and the Resistance bands sitting and I alternate between both the exercise DVD routines doing the weight balls one day and the resistance bands exercises the other day so I wont get bored.

Now in just 6 weeks I am doing the whole exercise routine Standing , because the second part of the exercises are done standing while holding the back of a chair, which gave me added balance and I gained a lot more strength in my legs, lower body and back.

I have seen a Big improvement in just 8 weeks in my Strength & Balance.

I recommend this Exercise DVD to Everyone including Seniors & Elderly that want to gain strength and improve their joint mobility and Health.

I purchased this Seniors resistance band exercise (Funcercise) Dvd together with the Seniors lightweight exercise Dvd.

I am now 75 years old and work as a full-time histologist. I retired and decided to return to work. I keep up with the demanding and interesting and intricate workload for three and a half years.

I have been greatly assisted in doing so as a result of the muscle and strengthening exercises I have been doing with the Seniors Resistance Bands Funcercise Dvds. My sister Daisy & Myself have lost weight about Ten lbs, each and feel more energetic everyday.

I no longer have shoulder pains when operating the microtone. I have received numerous compliments since my sister (age 73) and I have been training with these Dvds which are very simple & easy to do. The way Sunshine first demonstrates the Exercises and then the Funcercises start making it very easy for us to follow. The resistance bands are great because they conform to my/sisters resistance levels.

I literally run up the steps to reach the LIRR train every day.

We love these beautiful Dvds that are filmed on the beach. Also the narration is very simple with nice music. Altogether this is the best seniors exercise Dvd that we have and love to use it a lot.

These wonderful Seniors Funcercise along with the Lightweight exercise DVDs are good for Seniors and Elderly like us.

We highly recommend these DVDs to anyone who wants to gain better health, strength and mobility.

I have physical limitations and have never been happy with ANY of the exercise DVD's or tapes I've gotten in the past. I am very happy to report that this is a great workout DVD. There are a few things with the photography that could have been better, but overall I rate this a 5 for it's content. I have seen such an improvement in myself in just 4 weeks it's wonderful. I highly recommend this tape for anyone that is just starting to exercise, may have some physical limitations, or just wants an exercise DVD they can keep up with!! Thank you Sunshine!!!
