About the Author

Dr. Rosie Milligan, registered nurse, counselor/health consultant, author and Ph.D in Business Administration, has been an achiever most of her life. She has always been involved in a career or business in which she was helping other people accomplish what they wanted in life. Her motto, "Erase, no - Step over, can't - and Move Forward with Life" has been a motivating influence to hundreds to whom she has been mentor and role model.

The mother of three entrepreneurs - an M.D., a cosmetologist, a health-food store owner - Dr. Milligan lectures nationally on economic empowerment, male-female relationships and conducts seminars on how to write, publish, and sell your books.

As an economic empowerment activist, the Mississippi native owns a publishing company, a book store, Cinell Hair Products and Professional Business Consulting Services.

A successful motivational speaker and trainer, she has appeared on numerous television and radio shows such as Sally Jesse Raphael, AM Philadelphia, Evening Exchange in Washington, D. C., Marilyn Kagan and she is a regular guest on Stevie Wonder's KJLH radio station in Los Angeles. Dr. Milligan co-hosts the Financial Freedom Forum on cable television. She is founder and director of Black Writers on Tour.

The author of nine books, Dr. Milligan has published over 50 new authors. Her publishing company, Milligan Books, is the fastest growing publishing company owned by a female in the nation.

Once again Dr. Rosie Milligan has produced an interesting and useful book. As a writer I'm always looking for a new source to get the word out about my work. Listen to the doctor, it will be good for your career.
