Penny Low Deiner has her doctorate in Education. A professor of Early Childhood Education for over 25 years, she is currently the chair of the department at the University of Delaware. Penny is very active in numerous academic associations and presents at NAEYC and ACEI as well as others.

This is outdated and I am sure there are more useful and current books for the topic of children with disabilities. Is nice because it goes through the process of helping the child through birth to three or your local school district.
