This review is from: Respiratory Care In Alternative Sites (Paperback)
This text examines every aspect of respiratory care in alternate sites, namely, pulmonary rehab, subacute and long-term care and home care. Types of therapy delivered, reimbursement mechanisms, documentation and other areas are considered. This text also reviews aspects of patient and family education. Great for educators and providers of alternate site care. Nurses and case managers will also find this text a valuable resource. The AARC clinical practice guidelines (CPGs) are referenced throughout. For educators, an instructors' manual is available containing lecture outlines, answers to review questions, learning activity suggestions, transparency masters and a multiple choice question bank after each chapter. Foreward is by AARC Executive Director, Sam P. Giordano, MBA, RRT.
