Buy more than one - because everyone in the house will want their own! Seriously, that's what happened in my house! The size is perfect for in your purse too. My daughter is allergic to so many things (our dog, trees, grass...) and this helps her sleep at night and wake up without the groggy effects of medication. When the whole family had colds recently we had to share the one that I got, so take my advice and get everyone in the house their own!
