Good for the everyday calls.,
This review is from: Responding to "Routine" Emergencies (Hardcover)
A good book that touches on the everyday calls. A lot of books explain the extreme incidents and tactics. This one helps with what to look for and be aware of with the mundane calls. Keeping in mind that the mundane can become the extreme. I would give a great recommendation and it is an easy read.

Fantastic book,
This review is from: Responding to Routine Emergencies Workbook (Paperback)
I just saw the author live at a training seminar and purchased his book on the spot. Without a doubt it is a must have for the company officer, firefighter or chief officer. It gives you a common sense, clear english prespective on many of the "everyday" incidents we are firefighters respond to. Dumpster fires, electrical issues, water leaks, CO incidents, natural gas incidents and many more and discussed indetail withquestion and answer tests, scenarios, ad drill ideas. It is a can't miss. If you ever have a chance to the him live do yourself a favor and go
