I have used this product for 6 months. I wanted a non-addictive, all natural product to help me sleep through the night. This is great. No morning hangover. No crazy dreams. Just peaceful sleep. I wake up and feel good. I wish it was cheaper. Like $10 per box. I am not sure why it is so expensive. But if you can afford it, it is better than a prescription sleep med because you don't have to worry about withdrawal symptoms.

My husband has problems sleeping some nights. He saw an ad for Restaid in a magazine, but I found it much cheaper on Amazon so I ordered a box for him to try. He now swears by this product so I just ordered 3 more boxes!

This product does not work for me. Perhaps you need to take it every night to get results, but at this price, I am not willing to do that.

I had been having insomnia for a few days and it was irritating. I saw the review for Restaid and decided to try it. This product made me drowsy but it did not really make me fall asleep. I went to the store and bought some maximum strength Unisom and I finally got a good nights rest. So I guess everyone's body chemistry is different.

The negative reviews complained that this didn't make them fall asleep. It's not as strong as, say, Somnatrol in inducing sleep, but nothing on the market is as helpful in maintaining a good night's sleep through the whole night. If your only problem is falling asleep, try something else. If you have also have trouble staying asleep, try Rest-aid, and if it's not strong enough to induce sleep, try one Somnatrol and one Rest-aid together. That's combination I use and it's very effective.

Cheap packaging, a bit seedy actually, didn't look very professional. I was skeptical... If I was Amazon I would not sell this unreliable product. I thought it was necessary to list amounts of each ingredient... and what are the sources.

I have a terrible time sleeping, so maybe this was just not strong enough, but I did not sleep any better after using this product. My husband drinks a 20 0z coke a day and does not sleep well, so I thought this was an ideal product for him, (it touts that will reduce any caffeine in your system and help you sleep). The response was not great in either case. Neither one of us fell asleep any faster, slept any longer, or any deeper. If you have never tried anything to help you sleep before, and you are just having a little trouble, occasionally, maybe this will work for you. Our problem may be too great for an herbal remedy sleep aid.

I tried this product for several days and it did not work. I could not fall immediately to sleep and stay asleep for more than a couple of hours at a time. The product claims that it will give you a restful nights sleep and this did not happen.

This is the best supplement I found for sleep. Works better and better for you than any drug.

This product did not work for me , other than inducing drowsiness like conditions.
However, my main worry here is the packaging - it does not come in a properly sealed bottle; instead the box it ships with has a flimsy seal on the outside and comes with 30 individually sealed plastic cases, each containing the daily dosage with no markings on the pills. The whole thing looks quite suspect!

I contacted Customer Support at Urban Nutrition, the makers of the product and they have clearly indicated that they sell only through their web site and not through any retailers/distributors.

Amazon should be more responsible in making such products available to the customer.
