We purchased this POS system for our gift shop and have had nothing but issues with it from the beginning. The report amounts differ from the daily close if you key in a percentage off discount. Technical support seemed helpful at first until we began finding flaws with their programming and then they became annoyed. The programming had issues that they didn't even know about and could not figure out how to fix. They offered to "upgrade" us for a price, but then we would lose all of the entries of the stock we had in the machine and basically have to start completely over with the data entry. Id wee were to do that, we would have gone with a completely different POS system with much better technical support. We are very unhappy and disappointed...

We purchased a POS system from this company after it arrived we had to hook up the power button,we also had to install the"touch screen"drivers on thecomputer. I have also contacted them many times through email and phone to try and get a program disk of the restaurant pro express program that was installed in case we needed it in the future and when i first contacted them I was told that I should of received it so it will be sent out that was three months ago and I still haven't received it and yes I did phone back many times and still nothing. Do not buy from this company. You are better off buying sharp or a Casio.

1st system is very cheap looking.
2nd the software is horrible!

Most important is the fact that they rip people off all the time look up the owner Kevin perfect POS and you will see what I am talking about. I bought one and it was broken when I received it. Sent it back and they tried telling me they didn't get it. I had tracking and delivery confirmation so I know they had it. I had to threaten to sue then if I didn't get my money back. Horrible horrible. Seriously don't buy from them

The system itself is okay not great but cheap and you get what you pay for. Better off paying more money and buying the Intuit Quickbooks if your buying this for a retail register. The customer service is so bad if you can actually get a hold of somebody to help you they treat you like an idiot. And after having the system for a year I'm having a problem with the receipt printer they told me it would cost 250 more dollars to get customer support now that it's been over a year. They are rude and it's a crooked business. Makes sense as to why they don't give you a manual on the system that even just helps with basics. Don't buy!!!!! Spend your money somewhere else. Now I'm stuck after my 1st year in business buying a whole new system that works. Very disappointed and a huge waste of money.
