Retooling on the Run is a profound reminder that while we may be executives, managers, doctors, or teachers we are also human beings whose own well-being is a precondition for global evolution. Heller and Surrenda show how to move through life's challenges and changes. Retooling is a blueprint for enhancing personal effectiveness at work.

Editorial Reviews

Review

"The exercises outlines in this book will put you in touch with inner awareness familiar only to long-time practitioners of the martial arts. Then, in the business arena, you will begin to sense an invisible council of old masters in your corner, ready to advise and support you as you meet each new challenge with freshly-honed energy and centered mind."
-Fredric Lehrman, author of Sacred Landscape

5.0 out of 5 stars Incredibly Profound - Amazingly Practical!!!, November 21, 2000
By
This review is from: Retooling on the Run (Paperback)
This book is a must for any leader's, execuitve's or executive coach's bookshelf!

Dr. Heller boils very complex and deep philosophies down to simple exercises, movements, practices that can generate profound power, peace and effective action in today's fast paced crazy world. People who are leading or trying to maintain focus in today's corporate world will particularly benefit.

I have applied the principles myself and solid business results because of my increased sense of confidence and conviction. I can directly link the lessons learned from Dr. Heller to a 75% increase in my business this year alone. Amazing what inner alignment can do and this is exactly what comes from applying the Dr. Heller's wisdom.

As an executive coach I have also incorporated what I learned from Dr Heller's work with similar results. If you are working with leaders as a coach or consultant - this is a must. If you are an executive you will find tremendous benefit from applying the principles directly.

Read this book, apply the lessons - you will see results!!!

This review is from: Retooling on the Run (Paperback)
This is co written by my company's new CEO so I wanted to check it out.. For being a potentially dry topic for some, it's clear the authors took a lot of time to edit and make it readable by anyone from a young entrepreneur to a world leader... looking forward to reading further.
