Creo que este disco es un acierto ya que nos permite tener de regreso a uno de los mejores, este trio de "Los Tres Reyes", como siempre nos brinda una creatividad en cuanto a sus arreglos fenomenal, asi como el cuidado en la seleccion de la letra de sus canciones y la excelente ejecucion de sus guitarras dejandonos con ese sabor acostumbrado de gran talento y sensibilidad y aparte de esto se conjunta la excelente interpretacion de una nueva voz dandonos como conclusion que la experiencia, el conocimiento y el talento son la conjuncion de este nuevo disco. FELICIDADES!

El Retorno de los Tres Reyes es indudablemente el mejor disco de este fabuloso trío. La seleccion de canciones es perfecta para la armonía y calidez de sus voces, los arreglos del requinto son de mucha calidad, con una expresión romántica delicadísima, los arreglos de la cama de violines apoyan las voces maravillosamente y la primera voz es clara, fresca y expresiva. La canción que cantan con la inolvidable Selena es un acierto. Un gran disco de un gran trío. Un retorno triunfal. Guillermo Lozano grlozano@txdirect.net

I grew up with this music 'back in the day'(50's and 60's). My older brother was even invited to join the Puente Bros. but he was only 17 years old at the time and my parents said, "You have to finish school first". That was the end of that. I have Latin music from The Panchos, of course, but when I heard this CD I was literally blown away. God gave them a gift and they have certainly put it to good use to the umpteenth power. I especially love the homage to Los Panchos. It was done so beautifully that it brought tears to my eyes remembering how my parents, who are now deceased, used to dance to that music. My whole family loves to dance to this music, too. My older brother still plays the guitar and sings but he's in upstate New York now and he introduced his Anglo friends to this music and they just love it. I believe that the Latin music industry should recognize this fabulous trio as one of the best and I hope that Los Reyes continue to make beautful music. I love the music from the 60's, rock and roll and soul, but Latin music is in a class all by itself.

Este cd es una maravilla. El numero "No me queda mas" lleno mis ojos de lagrimas. El mejor requinto del mundo es un titulo que se pudo discutir entre Gilberto Puente y Chamin Correa de Los Tres Caballeros. Pero Gilberto toca con mas gusto. Siempre e sido un fanatico de esta musica y Los Tres Reyes son la crema. Dios los bendiga.

How can one improve perfect entities, such as the crystal clear velvet of Los Tres Reyes and the fiery emotion of Selena? By combining them (unfortunately just once) into one song, "No Me Queda Mas", you enjoy something that is worth much-much more than the sum of its parts.

Este CD demuestra que Gilberto Puente sigue siendo el mejor requinto del mundo; no ha perdido su frescura,destreza y poder de improvisación.Recomiendo este CD a los que gustan de la buena música de tríos.Espero que se lancen al mercado más CDs con música de LOS TRES REYES y no sólo compilaciones repetitivas.

I am a second cousin to gilberto puente and have always been a fan of los tres reyes. This cd is absolutetly their masterpiece! I have been playing it everyday since i received it. Their duet with Selena just blows me away!!!

What a wonderful collaboration on behalf of the Quintanilla's to mix Selena's beautiful and expressive voice with Los Tres Reyes. I can't help but feel sadness at the loss of Selena, our Tejano queen. On a positive note, the return of the Tres Reyes, is a very positive thing for those of us who love the interpretation of beautiful and romantic boleros. I am a big fan of LOS TRES REYES. The Puente brothers are two talented musicians and the addition of Luis Villa is a definite plus.

I wasn't happy listening to the sample of the cd cause it hardy had selena singing on it it's mostly the band los tres reyes and hardly selena.the sample it to short.
