The cable arrived in perfect condition; however, it did not work with my iPod Nano 5g nor my iPod Touch 4g. I had to give it away to a friend whom had an iPod Classic

Not only does it not work for the iphone 4 but is is so cheaply built I cant beleive it works for anything. Trash!

Purchased 2 of these handy little gadgets, and Love um!, the are small enough to carry in my pocket without the cord tangle, and work as stated on my iPhone 4, and 3g...

This item does what it says it will. It is pretty cheaply made and easy to mess up the dual coiling cables if you pull one end without pulling the other. I would not give it to clumsy adults(like me), but kids will probably not mess it up. Hahaha!

It works and that's all I'm interested in. Just always pull both plug ends at the same time.

Because it's inexpensive, I bought several. Kept one at the office, one in my computer bag, and the rest at the house.

It worked great for several months, but then it started not to work; i.e., won't synch, won't charge my iphone.

I didn't know it was malfunctioning until I charged it one night, or so I thought. It was too late to do anything about it the next morning when I left. Fortunately, I had a charger in the car and managed to charge up the phone.

Then lately, and one-by-one, each of the synching cables started to malfunction. I am down to my last one, and am shopping for another one. But I won't buy this one. Not a surefire solution by any means.

It gets jumbled if you don't pull both sides carefully in order to retract the cord.
It's good for the price and it does the job but I would have gotten the one with the push button re-tractor if it was cheaper.

These connectors for the iphone 3Gs all declare that they are for that phone but I have ordered several from multiple vendors and none fit. be careful and don't get caught up in a back and forth with the vendors and long lines in the post office. Buy from ATT direct and save yourself time, money and headaches. FXC

Excellent product. Works great and stores in a small place. I bought extra to have them in all my cars.

A useful and inexpensive product. The retractable feature helps keep cables neat when you have multiple devices in a vehicle. It has a stop only when the cable is fully extended. Intermediate stops would have been nice. I recommend this device.

This works very well and is good quality. Happy with purchase and will buy again when I lose this one.
