Stand: 33" retractable banner stand made from anodized aluminum and safely protects the banner print when not in use. Includes a nylon carrying bag for convenient storage and portability. Banner/Artwork: Our banners are printed on 15oz durable blackout vinyl with solvent based large format printers at 150DPI - 600DPI (depending on the resolution of the image we receive) , these banners are both tear and weather resistant. Size of artwork should be the exact dimension of display area, 33"x78", there is no need to add bleed since we take care of the installation for you. Artwork should be done at high-resolution, 150 DPI or higher. We accept standard file formats including PDF, TIFF, EPS, AI, or JPEG. Ordered this product because of the two day turn around that was promised. Received it three weeks later. They claim to not receive the file even though they use a third party file upload service which provided us a receipt that the file had been recieved. We were forced to use a local printer in order to make our deadline. Comparing the quality of the banner we eventually recieved with the local banner, the quality of the printing was horrible. We would have been ok with the print quality if we did not get another banner to compare to. Additionally, after we opened and closed this banner a couple of times, the ends fell off and the banner came off the clamp. This is a really poorly made frame, poor print quality and abysmal customer service. Hope your experience is better than ours.
