Editorial Reviews

Review

"Whether he's adding a new dimension to the evildoer's torture techniques, ratcheting up the political consequences for Felton and Blanchard, or adding yet another layer, Thornton's surprises keep readers astonished until the very last page. "
Clarion Review

" Retribution Dark Justice horrifies with the high level of cruelty and depravity of the despicable acts of the criminals who have (almost) gotten away ..... by the time The Man's identity is revealed, the author has drawn the reader into believing injustice must indeed be avenged no matter the means of retribution."

This is a great read for anyone looking for a fast-moving, attention-grabbing thriller with a twist. I was hooked right from the first couple pages and could not put it down. The surprise ending left me open-mouthed! This was a better read than several others from the Best Seller List!

The story was all right, it kept me turning pages. But there was no evidence whatsoever that an editor had even skimmed it. The punctuation was dreadful all the way through and the spelling and grammar were on a sixth-grade level. Just a couple of for instances: the author used "pray" instead of "prey" on several occasions and "role" instead of "roll" quite a few times. He also used "sat" instead of "sitting" and "lent" instead of "leaned". I'm no expert in editing, but these and many other other blunders were jarring.

A CONTROVERSIAL, THOUGHT PROVOKING NOVEL

THE AUTHOR'S BONE CHILLING AMBIVALENCE LEAVES YOUR MORAL CODE BANKRUPT AND HAUNTED. AN EXCELLENT READ, GREAT FOR ANY MATURE BOOK CLUB! THE GRAPHIC PSYCHOLOGICAL IMAGES WILL DISTURB YOUR PSYCHE. THERE WILL BE NO ESCAPE FROM THE RETRIBUTION; DARK JUSTICE MESSAGE.
