5.0 out of 5 stars Great!!!
This series keeps getting better and better! The other reviewer who gave this 2 stars is not a fan of the other books either, so take that into consideration.

This is a grim, violent end to a story of limitless evil and suffering. I honestly cannot recommend this series enough to people who enjoy dark fantasy and adventure.

The entire novel is full of extraneous and disjointed story threads that do absolutely nothing to advance the plotline. Not that a plot line consisting of Manfred comes back, raises an army, gets stymied by an outside deus ex machina, and finally manages to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory much of a plot.
