I am very impressed with this CD! The Music is wonderful, and Kelly Howell's voice makes you just relax. She has a soft yet raspy voice that when you hear it just begins to relax your whole body and mind. I really Love the descriptions in the guided meditation, I can really picture myself in the desert. This Cd is NOT amature(spelling?) at all!!! I am very happy with this cd and I am feeling great by listening to it. I Hope it helps others who listen to it as well.

This CD really works! Besides I love Kelly's soothing voice and
the waves she used in this CD. I can say this Destiny's meditation works! After listening this on daily basis for almost 6 months, I made huge changes and discover my heart desires. I leave my job and now I dedicate all my time to those things I love. Be aware!

I am hard won when it comes to meditaion CD's and that is why I am writing this review ~ INCREDIBLE MEDITATION! If you are an artistic person or have a creative mind, you will LOVE this! Her vocabulary is superbly rich with deeply visual imagery. The music is like something from a dream ~ varying and gentle, it pulls you along deeper in and rises and falls in rhythmn to what you are imagining. The meditation is very, very well written and I look forward to walking over those white sand dunes before bed each night! It has really helped with my depression. And I love the binaural beat/hemi sync/brain syncronization aspect of it ~ it's like a cheat sheet for your brain to get you down to that certain brain wave level without being a Mistress or Master of meditation... great for beginners and the lazy, is what I'm saying. I also love how every so often you will hear her voice whispering to you in one ear and then, overlapping, she will also be whispering to you in the opposite ear, and then it sounds like she's whispering infront of you ~ like you're surrounded by gentle guides encouraging you. It's nice. Infact, I love this meditation so much, I think I am going to go to bed early and listen to it... right after I take a steaming hot bath.

Like another Howell reviewer, I found Kelly's diction amateurish and irritating. She should hire a professional to do the reading.
I also do not enjoy having questions planted through the guided meditation, instead of leading you to ask your own questions (the story is full of "and you wonder . . ." followed by a question). Some of the questions are so annoying I have to fast forward past them (which pulls me out of the relaxation and concentration). For example as she introduces the male sage in the story she asks, ". . . is he a mystic or a trickster?" That's irrelevant to the meditation. That type of questioning detracts from the relaxation and jars you out of the examination of your own internal questions.
I also don't like having the sage be gender-specific. She uses a sage who is a man. If the gender was left open, your imagination could fill in a type of person with whom you feel most comfortable.
The 2nd track of just music is good for putting me to sleep, but I'm disappointed with this purchase overall.

Kelly Howell CD's. First time to buy her guided imagery recordings and was terribly disappointed to hear what took up the time on each one: 1) explanation (If one is ordering guided imageries, it's a pretty good bet they already know what they are. 2) disclaimers in case of lawsuits? Unnecessary and out-of-place. 3) finally guided imagery, but virtually the same on each CD so if you plan on buying any, you just need one. The differences are negligible. 4) longest part - just New Age sounds. Yawn. Boring. The marketing is deceptive and leads one to believe that each CD is Really specific and unique. NOT! I can only think the other reviews of high praise were written by employees or relatives. The three I bought have been returned for refunds.

I ordered the product assuming it will take long for the seller to mail it. It arrived within no time in an excellent condition.
