This is a good, cheap little book for those who want to inject some mexicana into their lives. One thing mystified me though - the author says she has spent 40 years in the kitchen and has yet to get tortilla making right so goes on to say you shouldn't bother yourself, just buy some ready made ones! I managed to, after some trial and error, make some pretty good tortillas that I far prefer to bought ones, so don't give up!
