I love the comfort & ease of this handset. It's the original hands-free unit... just scrunch it up on your shoulder. ;) Unfortunately the sound (with my iPhone Gen1) is terrible. I can barely hear, and my caller says my voice sounds hollow & tinny. Too bad, because I'd really like to use this handset.
