This is a great album from one of my favorite bands. I have all thier earlier albums but usually put this one on because it has a little of everything. Rick Royale's voice is dreamy and the band rocks. I highly recommend this album.

great overview from one of teh best rockabilly/roots bands of their time. It's a shame they don't go on. The third album before being cancelled showed promise to bring them to new heights with cuts like I Lie In Bed.

This collection of Rattled Roosters' rockabilly-tinged pop highlights this band's amazing talent for creatively tapping into traditional elements in surprisingly fresh ways. Unlike many slavishly imitative artists with a retro feel about them, the Roosters remind us that good music is a healthy combination of clever lyricism, deceptively simple melodies, and above all, genuine emotional resonance that together give the music a timeless appeal. Indeed, the title of this collection, "Retro-Spex," perfectly suggests the Roosters' uncanny ability to see through the fog of the familiar to the essence of what really satisfies. This is comfort food for gourmet appetites.

I have been a fan of these guys for years and this is the best out of all their records!!! Buy it ! Buy it! Buy it! If you like rockabilly then ya'll will dig this! This is one hep record!
